Portland #3

Yesterday in Portland was a good day. Started the day with the O.G. donut from Blue Star. A good yeast donut with orangey glaze (I think). It was yum.

Stopped by Coffeehouse Northwest for a vanilla latte. It was really good and the shop is adorable.

Grassa is a casual pasta restaurant. They make all their own pasta and DAMN is it good. This is the Cacio e Pepe. Truffle butter, pepper, salt, and Grana Padano. I can’t explain how delicious this was. So creamy and silky. The cheese made it salty and the pepper adds a kick. The truffle butter takes it to the next level.
